Shenzhen Sumewey IAT

I ordered a small multi function hand held tool that cut different types of materials. Wood, Sheetrock, metal pipes just to name a few. What I received was 3 metal cutting disc that I can’t use. $27.88 was taken out of my bank account. It says Shenzhen Sumewey IAT <removed>. I would either like to get the product I originally ordered or a credit to be issued to my bank account. Thank you.

I'm sorry to hear of this situation.  I would suggest that you first attempt to contact the seller to resolve the issue with them.  Many times, these things are a simple mistake and can be cleared up.
