I am going to be keeping some semi personal information about individuals on my website. It is a statistical analysis that will not identify anyone in particular. Is PayPal ok with that? What rules do they have? Secondly, if i am to monetize the process, what is the minimum i should charge? I.e. how much would i need to charge each individual transaction to make £0.50 after PayPal has taken their percentage cut? Cheers in advance, ste.
