Setting up a Child merchant account.

I have setup a parent / child accounts. I'm not sure what I have to do to setup the child account. I am connect to a woo commerce store and am using the "Standard PayPal" payment option. Can anyone direct me to some documentation online or point me in the right direction. Specifically the API credentials and identity token, assuming that the email would be the one I associated with the child account.
