I have been attempting to set up our church paypal account for over two months. I messaged paypal three times to get this fixed and after being told the situation was resolved I now find we still have the business documentation needed and our bank account is not listed on account. This seems very difficult process. I just think that even with COVID-19 and limited staff I don't believe it should take over a month 1/2 to be completed. Is this normal for paypal?
