Setting Up Subscription But Can't Use Code

My website host (Site123) does not allow me to insert code for a Paypal button.   I need to set up a subscription and can only direct to an external link .  Is there a way to do this?

That doesnt set up a recurring payment though. Thats just payment for a single item.

How about exporting the subscription button as an email url instead and enter link to a button.

I could do that as an alternative, but i wanted them to be able to set up recurring payments straight from the website.
