Is there a separate application process for the PayPal Here app and PayPal Here card reader?

Here is all the information regarding PayPal Here. In general, to use the PayPal Here Card reader you would need to download the PayPal Here App.

Hi, Thank you for your reply. I do have the PayPal Here app. And have received the message: Congratulations! You've successfully signed up for PayPal Here... I'm trying to get clarification that I can now use a cardreader, before I go to the expense of buying one.
