Send custom price to the PayPal subscription button

Hello, can I send a price from my site to the paypal subscription button?
Currently I can set a price directly when the button is created on the paypal website.
I need the price to be taken from my site and not fixed.

It is possible if you're a developer or have experience with PHP for example - the subscription button code would have to manually created (meaning it's not stored on the PayPal servers).   You would then have to script everything so all the logic is handled on your web page or site and then final data is passed to the PayPal checkout screens.
