I am needing to sell a 1 month membership for $100 with the option to add adult for $20 & kids for $15 per kid. The customer must purchase the $100 membership in order to add the adult & kids. I am using a Wix website & I would like for my customers to purchase the membership through our website. How would I go about doing this???

What you have in mind is not something you can create with the online button creator - the code you need would have to manually created and would require a script to manage the logic and pass the end results to PayPal.   You may want to seek the assistance of a developer to create the code you need.
