I SOLD AN ITEM TO A CUSTOMER OVER HALF A YEAR AGO VIA EBAY, THE CUSTOMER DECIDED TO DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION VIA PAYPAL. NOW PAYPAL SEEMS TO WANT TO SIDE WITH THE CUSTOMER, KEEP IN MIND THAT I HAVE A NO REFUND OR RETURN POLICY. PAYPAL REALLY NEEDS TO DO BETTER WHEN IT COMES TO SELLER PROTECTION, EVEN IN-STORE POLICIES STATE THAT THERE IS NO RETURNS ON ITEMS OVER 30 DAYS OLD. HOW IS THIS RIGHT NOW MY ACCOUNT IS NEGATIVE DUE TO THIS MATTER AND I CAN'T SPEAK TO ANYONE VIA THE PHONE...IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE I NEED IT. I HAVE ALSO SUBMITTED ALL THE EVIDENCE TO PAYPAL SHOWING THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THEIR ITEM, ALONG WITH PROOF SHOWING THAT I HAVE A "NO REFUND, NO RETURN" POLICY,  I ALSO SHOWED PROOF THAT THEY CUSTOMER PURCHASED THE ITEM WELL OVER 90 DAYS AGO.
