Hi All,
I am a freelance web designer and I am planning to use PayPal Express and PayPal Standard payments in my website with Woocommerce.
After configuring it, it asks me to enable the following to use the mode of payments Please enable "Require Billing Address and PayPal Reference Transactions"
I have a Business PayPal account and I contacted PayPal twice already via email but haven't received any response. I hope a PayPal member can help me here.
Edit: I am based in the Philippines, and can't call the hotline.
