Hello I am unable to receive the payment through the paypal button. I'm trying my my sandbox account but it always shows "

Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."..can you please help me out why it happens?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
