Refund to bank

Hi I’m having extreme difficulty atm getting a refund cleared to my bank account. PayPal tell me my refund was accepted on the 1st April yet there are still bo refund in my bank account. Can anyone please help. PayPal told me the money would be in the 8th April but still no joy

Thank you for reaching us thru Community Forum. Im sorry to hear that you are having issues regarding your refund. If the refund is already tag as completed. It should be returned back to your bank account. It usually takes 3-5 bussines day to reflect on your bank account. And if your refund is already provided last April 1 you just need to wait 3-5 business day. Try to communicate with your bank and check why is it that the refund was still not reflected as of today. Hope this helps
