Refund for product I never received

I file dispute on a product I never received for some reason I hit the wrong thing that said I received it but it wasn't what I ordered but I never said that in repeatedly informed them that it was not received it all they closed my case in favor of them instead of me and I want my money back what do I do

How do I apply for refund. I got scammed for $60. I ordered 2 face mask 4/16. And I have yet to receive my purchase. Could someone please tell me how to contact PAYPAL about this. Thank you

You are allowed x1 dispute per transaction.

You could try contacting customer services and see if they will open another one for you but i doubt it.

Or you could contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will chargeback for you.
