I issued a refund to buyer as I thought I had available funds, however my money was on hold. Now I have a negative balance, but have money on hold. Did the buyer get refund? As I have negative balance yet you took the money! What in the world are you doing Paypal people need medical supplies as thats what sold! People are broke and your holding money! You are a real messed up group you should be ashamed you are horrable excuses for so called humans!
