Recurring Billing with different amounts, not possible with REST?

Hi,

i would like to make it possible that user can pay individual billing plans on the website with paypal.

so the billing plan for one user may look like this:

first month 100 €

next 5 month 20 €

the user should only once agree that billing, and everything is fine

how do i can set it in the REST API?

i can't find how to build up this with the billing plan?

Or can i make it in an other way?
