I was on a webinar and it came up that I could pay for a course and borrow from PayPal with no interest being charged is this correct and how do you qualify for a loan with Paypal?

It appears PayPal Credit is not available for Canada PayPal account holders.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
