I sent money to someone and it hasn’t it there account yet why is this happening

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending (with a clearance date)
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option.
4. Payment or Sent.
5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date.
6. Pending awaiting authorisation.

That wasn't one of the options, does it actually say complete next to the transaction?

If so then sorry can't help anymore as its not one of the options i recognise.

Yes it says completed and it’s out of my account
