The intent is to buy and ship to a U.S. address. Macys.com accept only a credit card with a U.S. billing address which I don't have. When I realized that they now accept paypal payment, I was delighted. I was disappointed when I hit this problem:
Macy's online payment rejected my paypal payment saying mine is not U.S. registered. Is there any way to get around this? As long as I can pay them in full, why Macy or any merchant would care where the paypal account originates.
