I have a customer who wants a simple PayPal button on their website to pay for/book an event.
It has been created using the PayPal button creator and Drop Down Options. There are 3 options: Deposit, Meal and Meal + Drink, with 3 prices.
When a purchase is made the FULL details appear on the Business (Seller) PayPal Activity page BUT they do NOT appear on the Buyers page. The Buyers page ONLY shows the main product description NOT the Option chosen! So the result is as follows (missing detail in bold/underline):

Any ideas? Why would this critical detail be omitted from the purchasers record? I believe this is often used for item size or colour choice, for example.
