What documents are required for a charity to satisfy PayPal's Proof of business registration?

Hi RivFest18 and welcome, 

The documents required can vary depending on the charity and what it is being used for. Once the account is set up and you have chosen the charity option on your account you will be automatically requested to provide the correct documents for your account. Some of the standard information we would request would be,

1. A letter signed by an official member of your organization, confirming that you are an approved representative of the organization
2. A detailed explanation as to how you will be using the PayPal account and what type of transactions you will be looking to process
