Hi,
As a trader I am a frequent user of PayPal Here. This is generally ideal for my requirements but, as I often sell outside and in rural settings, there are occasions when I cannot get connected to the internet. I am therefore considering having as a standby a mechanical imprint card reader which takes the purchaser's details from their card onto a paper slip (as was the norm many years ago). My question is: How do I process the slip and thereby have the funds placed in my account? The banks I have spoken to do not want to know and I am hopeful Pay Pal may provide a solution.
Thanks for any advice.
