I took a virtual terminal payment of 820.00 from a customer with eur, so there were conversion rate adjustments etc. not long after, like 30 minutes maybe, they called and had changed their minds about the reservation. I refunded their card. It took over a week for them to get credited to their card. The amount (820 or 725 not sure) was never available to me, because I refunded, and it wasn't a credit on my account. Yet, four days after, Paypal has taken the refunded amount out of my personal back account. ?? I never even got an email notifying me? what if I had overdrawn my back account? AND Why was it taken out AT ALL? there was more than enough in the paypal account to cover the refund. I am VERY confused and it is IMPOSSIBLE with all the run around to get any information about this.
