Paypal has restricted my account for a product that is sold in Australia Over the counter as normal retail product.
I have been trading with Paypal for over 3 years now through Ebay sales and general purchasing purposes. As soon as i moved my Ebay business to Ebay payment system. They restricted my account for a product that is honestly sold over the counter, meaning any business can just sell it on the shelf without a prescription. We then provided them with every single documentation you can get from the Australia government and they still rejected restriction removal.
The Paypal Help team does not even know what they want?
This has been an absolute joke
