I have integrated Paypal checkout in my Shopify store. When I am exiting using debit or credit card portal as a test pretending to not have a PayPal account, Paypal is not able to process the payment even after capturing all the correct information. I have lost a few sales because of these. Please suggest a way out.
Following was the message they said. My PayPal account is fully functional.
