I am a US seller with a US Paypal Here account. I have a Canadian buyer who wants me to use my virtual terminal to process his credit card vs. he using the Paypal money request I sent him. The payment keeps getting declined. Is there a trick with the postal code or is this not possible with my US virtual terminal?
