We have an email in our 501c3 registered charitable org. that Paypal Giving Fund has some money for us. I have no idea where that money could have come from and have never heard of "Paypal Giving Fund". Research on the web is somewhat divided between the extremes of GREAT and SCAM. What's the story on Paypal Giving Fund?
