I already recieved serveral times an email requesting to fill the Certification of Foreign Status form. I don't get a notification in the application. I filled the form, signed it and emailed it to tax document upload email address. I did this 4 times now. However I keep getting the same request email to fill in the form. I'm desperate what to do.
