Paypal Working Capital

I've been trying to get a freeze on my working capital page but to no avail.

you try to find a link and end up going in circles because there isn't one.

no obvious help from paypal at all regarding PPC

Message them? is not working.

Phone Them? tried and failed.

Searched for help? good luck, just help for every day stuff and the usual, no help specific to Covid19 and PPC AT ALL!

Im totally confident though paypal will be able to contact me asking questions when the money runs out and payments stop.

If you have a PayPal Working Capital business loan, you can request a 30 day payment holiday by logging into your account and clicking on Working Capital.  There is a learn more link at the top of the page.  Otherwise, please call the PayPal Working Capital team between the hours of 8am-7pm CST.  Learn more about working Capital here: https://www.paypal.com/us/workingcapital/
