Paypal Working Capital Loans

Has anyone applied for a working capital loan the last few days? are they still granting them?

I just payed my loan off. I was able to reapply but, it wouldn't generate new offers for some reason and it told me that it could take up to 7 days to regenerate new loan amounts for me to choose from and would have an answer by April 2nd. I have borrowed and payed off $19,000 in previous loans on time.

I have paid off my 9th loan and now when I apply for a new loan it says 

We’re sorry. We can’t offer you a PayPal Working Capital loan right now does anyone knows when I will be able to get a new offer
