Paypal Technology implementation in React Native app

Hello Sir/madam, 

 Question 1 : is It possible to use PayPal swipe card concept in React Native technology directly not using native code?

 Question 2 : I had searched for this I found PayPal Here sdk but there was mainly I found three way android , iOS and web for PayPal swipe card 

                     so this sdk works with React Native directly not by using native code ? if yes then how
