Hello Guys So My Buyer Paid Me $3,351.75 I Get The Funds On My Account Paypal Holds The Funds On My Account So I Let The Buyer Know About The Issue I Refund Him His $3,351.75 But Now It's Not Letting Me Refund The Total Amount Because Paypal Charged $147.78 To Receive The Funds Now I Can Only Refund $3,203.97 Why Should Paypal Charge For A Service That Can't Provide.
