Hello,
Is Paypal Payments Pro available for EU business? I can't navigate application form on my EU business Paypal.
I also have a side question:
I started a new business, and thus needed a seperate Paypal account. So I created one. Now the issue is that for some reason, system thought of me as US based citizen. How do I know?
1. I was forced to pick a state that I am based in. On top of that I wasn't able to choose country. Therefore, I am sure system tagged me as US citizen.
2. When I created Paypal community account, system tagged me as US citizen. On the other hand, now, I am posting from my old business account and my country was Lithuania. Just as it should be.
What can I do about it?
