The app says my account is not eligible for paypal here. I bought the card reader. I was on the phone with customer service for 45 minutes majority of the time on hold..... Finally a chat person became available and said that my account according to their security model is too high of a risk. I do not understand. I barely use the account as it is. I do not understand
