Hi, I am trying to login to my paypal here app, however it just keeps spinning and doesnt login.  Asks for a verification, which I do, but keeps going back to login page

You can try deleting the app and reinstalling it.   That may or may not fix the problem.  Before trying that, try doing a forced restart on your device.   Depending on your device model, the steps vary.   Here's one example.
