Paypal Here iOS 13 beta

I am a beta tester on Apple and have just downloaded the first version (iOS 13.0) and discovered that PayPal Here app does not launch!!! 

Anyone else tried this yet?

I have this issue as well - app wont even attempt to open.

2 months, no fix and not a word from PayPal. A huge company like PayPal. What an absolute disgrace.
