Just received and setup the Paypal Here device. We were testing it before using it in the canteen. Every transaction we tried came up as declined. 4 different bank cards/bank accounts all declined even though there is money in the accounts. Strangely though the next day 2 of transactions have actually gone through according to the cards bank balances. Very concerning that the transactions came up on the Paypal Here device as declined yet money has gone through. How can I fix this? I have tried re setting the iphone and the paypal device but nothing works.
