Paypal External Partner Flow(Merchant Boarding) is not redirecting to correct screen While entering correct user name and password we are Redirecting to (https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.paypal.com%2Fie%2Fmerchantsignup%2FpostLog...), Instead of (https://www.paypal.com/signin?returnUri=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.paypal.com%2Fbizsignup%2Fresume). This some time works and some time not.
