I have an issue with Paypal button at the express checkout window. The customer is given two options: to pay with paypal or using credit/debit card. The first button is log in button and is working fine, however the second button that actually leads to Guest checkout and should say Pay with Debit or Credit Card in fact says Create Account. That is obviously an error. See image below. Sometimes I get the correct button text, the other times I get the wrong button text while using the same browser from the same computer! Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
