Paypal Donate button is not working with Credit / Debit Cards

Please help...   I have created a donate button and copy pasted the generated URL.
When my donars try to donate with Credit / Debit cards, it displays an error message Some of your information is incorrect. Please verify and try again.  Please help.
 
However it works fine with PayPal account.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
