Paypal Buttons are missing from my Tools. Has anyone else had this issue?

Go to Tools > All Tools > PayPal Integration > PayPal Buttons > Click the heart icon to add it to the Tools Menu again.
For some reason, I don't see this button.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
