I just started experimenting with the PP API for the first time today. I have created sandbox accounts to experiment with Payouts. I sent a sample payout to an email which does not exist. As expected, the payout API response had a `transaction_status` of "UNCLAIMED" and an error of "RECEIVER_UNREGISTERED".
After creating a new sandbox personal account with that email address, the transaction completed. However, when I query the status of that payout using `/payments/payouts-item/{payout_item_id}`, it seems to be stuck on `UNCLAIMED`/`RECEIVER_UNREGISTERED`. Will `/payments/payouts-item/{payout_item_id}`ever be expected to reflect that this transaction eventually went through?
