Payment on hold

Hi im New to pay pal been using it for a month! Have recently received money from a buyer and it's been on hold since Monday it's weird it's the only payment that's done this so far? I don't feel comfortable shipping the parcel until I have the money.

2nd time this has happened to me I just refunded my last buyer EBay was a good extra income source but since they need to make millions on others money from interest. I am done thanks PayPal
