hii
my PayPal account is merchant account and this is attached to some e commerce website based on magento 2. I'm getting payments form my country from other countries it is not working it shows this message and returns to the merchant store
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to the merchant and try using a different payment method."
please resolve this problem.
