Payment gateway is not working.

I am a drop shipper from India. While I am trying to integrate Paypal express checkout with shopify it shows that this payment method is not available on the store right now.

I have had this problem when trying to buy items from 2 different websites, after seeing that the wait times to speak to Paypal were 1 - 2 hours I decided to use my credit card to buy online, although I do prefer paypal. I hope this is sorted out soon.
