Hello,

How much does PayPal charge for a transaction, when a customer buys a product on on online marketplace?

Also, how what does PayPal charge for then transferring a money (commission) to the vendor automatically through the PayPal Payout API, when the vendor makes a withdrawal?

The fees for Latvia are 3.4%+0.35EUR

Withdrawal for vendors is 2% of amount withdrawn.
