Hi, I’ve had 5 PayPal loans and never had a problem before. I paid my last one off early almost 3 weeks ago, it was for 13k. I have no chargebacks, some refunds approx 7 but lots of sales in past 3 months, approx 25k . Trying again but I keep getting denied with the code 0669? Papal just say keep trying. Can anyone else tell me if they have had this code? Thanks 🙂
