PayPal user info

Hello, I have a PayPal button set up on my website and am receiving payments that people make with no user data. How do I go about getting PayPal to forward user information (Name, Address Etc.) when accepting a payment for me?

How could that be unless you forget to enable the "require buyer's shipping address" option in step 3 of the PayPal button settings? Typically, you receive at least the account owner name on the PayPal account and their email address in the transaction details on the activity page if you do not require shipping of what you sell.

Otherwise, you will have to do advance eCommerce integration to capture the buyer's billing information:
