PayPal's USPS shipping rates increased on 10-19-2020?!?

  Did anyone else notice the rates that PayPal is charging for USPS shipping was raised on 10-19-2020? The normal USPS rates did not go up...yet I am being charged more than I was just last week. I have never known this to happen before. Normally the shipping rates on PayPal only go up when the actual USPS raises their rates.

Yes, USPS changed the rates as a temporary measure until 12/28/2020.  It only applies to domestic mail.  I received a notice about it from my postage provider, stamps.com.  The rates went up effective 10/18.  https://about.usps.com/newsroom/national-releases/2020/0814-usps-announces-temporary-price-increase....
