PayPal pay button won't load

Hi there, 

I am trying to place an order on a website I've used paypal on multiple times in the past but somehow now am inable to do so. When I try to place my order and the pay button pops up it just loads and is stuck on the loading window for about 10 seconds and then just shuts down. I've tried ordering with Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge and nothing changed so I figured maybe the problem lays with (my) paypal. I've seen a similar question asked rigarding this back in 2018 but no solution was given and I'm not sure if it even was the same problem as what I have. Can anybody help me fix this or is this an issue I can't fix myself and PayPal needs to fix for me instead? (this is what won't load)
