I am really upset with PayPal. PayPal is NOT my Pal.
I purchased something on April 8th. I still have not gotten it. I request a refund. I spoke with the sender. They gave me 3 bogus tracking numbers so far. Resolutions department will not let me post to them or sender. There is no way to contact anyone. They are making me wait. This is fraud and PAYPAL resolutions department is to blame for not doing their job. I should be able to contact them anytime. Covid 19 is NOT a good excuse.
Can anyone suggest a corporate number for PayPal?
